ASHA Letter to Contributors

September 9, 2016 Dear Distinguished Person of Character, Because of your good works, because of your integrity, because of your independence of thought, because of your knowledge, because we view you with much esteem and have faith in your sincerity, your love of truth, and hatred of all that obscures, you have been chosen. You have been chosen to take part as a leader of an organization designed to do extraordinary things for world peace. This is the beginning. This organization is designed to do many things at once: to spearhead justice, to promote progressive and common sense ideas, to increase and improve dialogue, to set goals for civilization, to improve critical thinking, to improve communication, to improve debate, to improve access to knowledge, to improve journalism, to improve law, to improve education, to improve health, to improve the planning of a sustainable future, to protect the environment, and to protect human rights. The point of the organization is to lead by example and to forever continue to research and develop the most effective rubrics to be modeled for the citizen for the betterment of our times. The point of the organization will be a proper model of government by performing the tasks that government should be performing, but does not. The point is to shame government into doing better for its people and the world and to stop any and all unconstitutional and illegal actions. Let me be clear. The founder of the organization believes the #1 reason that a vast array of standards of living are worsening is because nations are purposely being destabilized in order to make vast riches for the criminal elite. He believes there is a criminal elite that basically owns the U.S. Government and uses it for a racketeering process to eliminate competition, to promote wars that they profit from, and then to entrap nations in debt as they try to rebuild. The founder believes there is a Super Elite who use their money to control the democratic process by owning all the media for the primary purpose of disbursing packages of methodical propaganda learned directly from and modeled after the NAZI Goebbels. The media allows them to eliminate all political opposition, to control both parties, and to create the agenda for the nation. Whoever controls the discourse controls the direction of the country. Profits from media are secondary in motive compared to the power of its control over the public. This media that is committed to disinformation has affected media profits for the worse. This is a simple matter that any shareholders can sue about for the reason that their actions of fraud, providing an inferior and fraudulent product of journalism, are hindering profits, which the controllers of the corporation are legally obligated to pursue above all else. The democratic process in the U.S. is completely dependent on the media. Without access to the media, which requires substantial funds, there is no way to get a person elected. Control of the media is essential for the Super Elite to keep grip on power. Nine corporations owned by the elite run most of the media within the United States. Some of these elite sit on more than one board of these nine media corporations. This is how they have coordinated stories that have led us to wars based on false reasons. What is being broadcast can often be found to be contrary to the legal terms with the FCC authorizing corporations the rights to control the nation’s access to radio and television. What is supposed to be to the public’s benefit is insidiously being ignored and undermined. The media has become a personal tool used by people who have the most wealth and who have the common interest of keeping and attaining more of it. For this reason they use the media for the worse: for fraud, for propaganda, for racketeering schemes, for division, for fear, hate and warmongering, for criminalizing the innocent, for defamation, for framing others of crimes, for obstructing justice including the covering up of murders, for distraction, for lying, misleading, and disinforming. The criminal elite abuse our media for everything that is counter to democracy. The money and control of the media by the elite allows them to install politicians who are allied to their criminal cabal. This process has been going on for so long that their men and women are deeply embedded within every sector of government. This is how they protect themselves administration after administration. They pick the candidates and make sure that they have the proper media coverage and deny it to everyone else who is not one of their own. The two party system is more akin to a two party rigging, where each party pretends not to get along, but secretly are friends working together. For example, Boehner claims (and there are photos that imply he is telling the truth) that he and Obama are best friends. Also, George Bush and Bill Clinton refer to each other as “brothers from another mother.” If this is not a sign of collusion or conspiracy, what else is it? In front of the media, each side blames the other for what is wrong, but it is quite peculiar how they always come together to support illegal wars, the taking away of civil rights, and very bad trade agreements. Bipartisanship has come to mean that the public is about to be screwed. There is a reason why no one goes to jail even when a new party takes over. It is the same reason that cocaine smuggler Mitch McConnell supports Hillary Clinton as well as the Bushes. The people are waking up. It is time we do something about it and do so in the safest way possible against these infernal forces, but we also must be as effective as possible. It is time for us to make coalitions and take this Super Elite/New World Order/Powers that Be to court with a huge class action. Never before in history have their crimes and the identities behind these crimes been more known. If we can join together in a very public way with a very specific number of goals, no court, no media, no politician will be able to ignore our movement. We believe that you may hold the same view about the state of the world and our country’s role in destabilizing it. We believe you may hold the interest of taking part in doing something about it. The original name of our organization was Strategies Against Corruption, which takes on the acronym SAC. We thought this was, perhaps, too powerful a name, a name that would bring us too much unwanted attention. In these times, organizing is almost impossible. After Snowden’s revelations, how we are completely spied on, it is time for us to unite because we are all victims. It is time for us to avail ourselves of the courts together in a united front. We can all agree that what the government is doing is unconstitutional and violates all of our rights. Can we all agree that we all have to make a stand together? It is time for us to think through all of the ramifications of Snowden’s revelations. People do not want to have bad thoughts about what their government does, but where there is smoke, there is fire. Every single political organization will likely join us for it serves their best interests not to be spied on. No one can expect to properly organize an opposition if his or her plans are known through spying. Below are some of the reasons why the violation of the Fourth Amendment is a crime that hurts people in very insidious ways, criminally abusive ways that we certainly know of, highly suspect, and are worthy of criminal investigation. How Our Rights are Being Violated 1. We are being taxed without representation because we were not allowed to know that our rights were being violated. We have a right to know where our taxes are being spent, and it is the utmost fraud for politicians to take an oath to the Constitution and then use those funds to violate the mandate given by the people in the oath repeated by our politicians to follow the Constitution. The Constitution mandates that each law passed be for the benefit of the people. A quick review of just a few laws Congress has passed shows that the Constitution is continuously violated and ignored. 2. Spying, violating people’s privacy, is a criminal act against the 4th Amendment 3. It provides a huge advantage to people whose main interest is to counter opposition, which violates the Equal Protection Act. 4. Surveillance like the one that Snowden has revealed is the first guarantor of tyrannical power 5. Spying allows endless actions of criminality to be engaged in with increased chance of success and much lessened chance of ever being caught, examples given: a. Surveillance is a form of virtual stalking which allows physical stalking b. It allows people to know where an individual is at any one time i. Which allows homes to be searched or robbed ii. Which allows operatives or agents to approach the subject under false premises and gain confidence 1. As lover 2. As business partner 3. As conman 4. As assassin 5. As trusted friend iii. Which allows the subject to be framed for a crime iv. Which allows the subject to be assassinated v. Which allows the subject to be kidnapped vi. Which allows the subject to be poisoned vii. Which allows the subject to be robbed c. It allows access to private accounts i. Which allows the framing of crimes ii. Which allows people to be stolen from iii. Which allows people to have access to business secrets iv. Which allows plans to be countered The crimes that can be committed with this unfair advantage and violation of people’s rights are limitless. Now, imagine if there were some organizations with titles like CIA and FBI, who are supposed to be the judge of integrity, authenticity, and all the good tenets of law enforcement and justice use that as a veneer to commit crime. Imagine that they are allowed to operate in secret and, when caught again and again in scandal, they are allowed to stop investigations by saying that “it is a matter of national security” or that, “to reveal this information at this time would ruin other investigations.” These arguments given are blatantly ridiculous. This is not an alternate world. This is what criminals in our govt really do and they do it with limitless funds, limitless resources, limitless agents and operatives on their payroll, and with limitless means to recruit people from the prison industrial complex. Because they have made the prisons so bad, people will do anything to get out early, and so they are set on missions. With these limitless resources and the extra invasive ability to violate our constitutional right to privacy Snowden made us aware of, they are capable to create worlds of their own creation around an individual or even groups of people that can create absolute havoc with a person’s state of mind, his finances, his safety, and reputation. The creation of the American Society for Historical Accuracy is meant to be the independent watchdog that government, business, and the media needs. It is what the entire country needs really. The American system of civilization can no longer sustain the growth of deep corruption. There needs to be an organization that will be the true watchdog that accurately educates as to what is going on and demands justice before the system collapses. There needs to be an organization that is committed to these very important questions: Who watches the police? How many ways are there built into the system of policing guidelines that demand a lengthy list of redundancies/checks and balances to eliminate corruption and ensure integrity? In which ways, how often, how fairly, and how successfully do police departments and all govt agencies remove their bad apples? How well do they do their jobs? Isn’t it a clear indicator of corruption when there have been no actions to remove anyone for serious crimes within any department for long periods of time? How well does govt serve the people in providing equal protection and avoiding conflicts of interests with business? How do we determine when the relationship between govt and business is fascist? How do we come up with measures to ensure integrity in the media so we are not lied into war again or other unacceptable situations? Thank you for reading this through. The purpose of this letter is to invite you to be a part of this organization as it develops out of its infancy. Your input is especially welcome. You have the chance to be a founder of an organization that is meant to last and meant to do good for all time. That is no small feat, that is why I have thought long and hard about those who could bring the integrity, fairness, substance, insight, and vision needed to make this cause take flight. If these issues-- which regard the very safety of our country-- concern you, please, send me correspondence by mail and, from there, we can begin talking in person or through an encrypted account. Good, knowledgeable, and resourceful people need to put their minds together to come up with strategies against corruption, people committed to making things better in the world. I want to get this non-profit going this year and with your help, we could do something that will be very effective. I can’t do it alone.

The American Society for Historical Accuracy The rich start foundations called NGOs and non-profits that serve their own purposes. Billion-dollar think tanks is what they are. These think tanks hire the best and the brightest, corrupt them with high salaries and prestigious sounding positions, bribes, awards, and rewards in order to get them to work all day long to think up evil plans for their masters, plans which are designed to subvert and exploit the rights of both the majority and minority. The purpose of these organizations is to maintain, retain, and attain more power for the elite indefinitely. The forces of the elite are huge; the money spent on the salaries operatives is greater than the budgets of most governments. Their forces are secret, their forces are criminal, and their forces are rapacious. Their power relies on exploitation and a culture of narcissism practiced by the privileged, their ability not to give a damn for their fellow man or woman. How do we combat this culture of power and privilege? It is time for… ASHA --The People’s Think-tank The objectives of the American Society for Historical Accuracy are many and bold in their attempt to solve many of the world’s greatest problems in an effective way. ASHA believes that a well-informed society is capable of achieving the empathy needed to solve all of its problems. The problem is that we are not well informed and the forces that control access to information do everything they can to keep the public divided and in the dark. Everything is done to prevent people from organizing and making coalitions. The government, business, and the media are all in the hands of a few people and are being used in coordination against the American people and even the whole world. ASHA is first and foremost an anti-fascist organization. ASHA believes that government, business, and the media should be independent entities. They should not be sleeping with each other. There is no way to establish equal rights as long as this cozy relationship, that is dangerous to the public, continues to exist. ASHA is a proposed non-profit that is created to service the welfare of humanity and the world’s creatures. It is created to fight fascism, unfairness, cruelty, waste, backwardness, inequality, crime, propaganda, defamation, homelessness, depression, censorship, tyranny, cruel and unusual punishment, unjust gain, monopolies, corruption, pollution, extinction, genocide, war, ignorance, apathy, hunger, abuse, alienation, and injustice. ASHA was created to protect civil liberties, human rights and rights of the earth by setting the proper models, standards, boundaries, and even rights of media, business, and government as to how they should properly interact and operate. Governments of the world are all extensions of the first organizations humans grouped themselves in. Those were tribes. People gathered into tribes because groups of people are much more productive than any individual is or family, which meant more food, goods, and services of all sorts, than a family or small group could provide on its own. Being in larger groups also provided for the dissemination of knowledge that increased with every generation, and it provided protection from other competitors and wild beasts. Modern government’s job is no different; it was created to look after the welfare of its people… but sometimes government becomes the problem when the people’s needs are not met. By all empirical evidence of statistics that count, quality of life and even length of life has only been going down for the average person in comparison to other countries. We are by far not the greatest or near the greatest anymore when it comes to many of the standards of living the American people used to enjoy and be so proud of. As to the cause, the evidence is damning against the manner in which we have been running our government. History has shown that the prosperity of any people is always rooted in a government that actively promotes progress when it comes to the standards of living of its people. Without it, things fall apart. What we have now is a government being used by the few in order to help them parasite on the majority of the people and the problem has, like the conditions before the French Revolution, become unsustainable. The direction of the country, when it comes to all the measured standards, of it being a livable place and responsive to its citizens, have only gone consistently downward. Reagan and every single administration after him, no matter whether Democrat or Republican, embraced the fascism and welfare for big corporations, but have been hands off for programs to reasonably promote a better quality of life for the American people. Unless things change soon, where this misappropriation of resources, theft, conspiracy, and corruption is stopped, the future is bleak. Our children should not be left an environment that is less clean than the generation before it, food less healthy than the one before it, an education that is lesser than the one before it, civil rights lesser than the one before it, an economy that is lesser, or a justice system that is lesser than the generation before them. This downward slide of the quality of life for the majority of the people has to come to an end. How do we do it? We must make a call over the major media for people all around the world to gather up all of the evidence of corruption within the U.S. Government that could correct our system from the criminals who would degrade it. A forum must be created where all of the crimes can be identified for exactly what they are in legal terms, organized by category and significance, and presented on a consistent media outlet. Combating ignorance in a society that depends on the democratic process is the most noble and most effective way to combat the forces that do not want progress. ASHA believes that a society that is committed to truth, freedom of speech, and the right to information can achieve the knowledge and understanding to overcome society’s many problems. What we have now is a media that is a controlled by the elite, whose number one purpose is not to make money, but for social control. The media is now being used to propagandize for the military, to put out disinformation, to distract from relevant stories, to obstruct justice, to frame innocent people, to defame people, to censor people, to fear and hate monger, and to rewrite history to one that is favorable to them. The monopolization of the media has led to incredible psychological abuse of the public. The propaganda used to control the United States was literally modeled after Goebbels’ NAZI propaganda machine. It was literally Goebbels’ NAZI workers, who were so essential to placing Hitler in power, that the American elite brought into the CIA in order to teach them how to use the media, which they have long controlled, to establish better control over the public and democracy. This is what ASHA cares to combat. ASHA will do this by developing rubrics for proper government, proper journalism, and proper business. ASHA will perform duties that will model what proper government should be like, model proper journalism, and model proper business. This is the list of the duties that will be listed on the 501 C3 that ASHA will perform, which, ASHA believes, are the same duties that any media that proclaims to do the heroic work of journalism should support and practice: 1. ASHA commits to coming up with solutions to social, material, and environmental problems; 2. the promotion and application of the practices proven to provide the best results in education and critical thinking because a well informed, well educated public with access to information at their will is essential for any government that purports itself to be democratic 3. Every politician needs to commit to the Hippocratic Oath as if they were a doctor and the country is the patient. “First do no harm.” ASHA commits to the Hippocratic Oath as a solution to many of the world’s problems and as a protection from bad government and bad business. For example, in government, a politician should consider, like a doctor does for his patients, what effect his proposals will have on all of society. The doctor has to his benefit billions of dollars worth of research and training before he weighs his options for what is best for the patient. Politicians should be afforded this right of research as well. After all, politicians have a greater potential to cause harm than any one doctor can. For this to happen, safeguard funds must be committed to the thorough research and study of the potential harms and benefits of any proposed legislation in the future. Without such requirements to promote better understanding about the effects of legislation, it would be virtually impossible for the public to be aware enough to hold any politician civilly or criminally responsible, which is necessary to clean up government. When a politician claims legislation will have a particular effect, but the legislation actually has the opposite effect, like NAFTA for example, and, furthermore, when that legislation turns out to be at the expense of the many only to benefit the few who gave money to the politician, this is for me completely unacceptable. Unfortunately, this type of behavior, which should be criminal, is typical of this era. It is time to hold politicians and their sponsors responsible for the damages they cause our country. There need to be consequences to make politicians wary of proposing laws that will rob the public to make the rich richer. How can we remedy this? ASHA believes this can be done by adding an amendment to the Constitution that commits all future legislation to the principles of the Hippocratic Oath. ASHA believes that any violation of this oath should have consequences for politicians and their sponsors. This would ensure that the function of government will always progress and not digress. Cleaning up government is not going to be cheap, so in addition to cleaning up government, this commitment to the Hippocratic Oath, requires funding for thorough research of all proposed legislation. Not only would this clean up government, but the thorough research of consequences of proposed legislation would be a major investment in the country, would hire many people, and would certainly rebound the economy. When a politician takes the Oath of Office, he promises to uphold the Constitution, which clearly establishes that it was created for the welfare of the people. Any result that is deleterious that is caused by a politician’s legislation should be considered to be nothing less than a failure to uphold the Constitution. The fact that the water, air, and land are getting dirtier, instead of cleaner, the fact that American life expectancy is going down instead of up, and the fact that Americans have less free time and less money in their pockets need to be used as undeniable evidence that politicians have committed treason to the Constitution and have violated their oaths of office. Politicians should be held financially and criminally responsible for any legislation that causes deleterious effects on the American people. 4. ASHA seeks to establish more consequences for fraud, bribery, and other crimes of corruption in the political sphere, in the business world, and the media; 5. fight for the protection of equal rights and equal justice because nobody should be above the law; 6. ASHA commits to the promotion of independents in politics and the media and against the monopolization of political parties in politics; 7. the protection and restoration of the environment and the prevention of extinctions; 8. protecting civil and human rights of all kinds; 9. protecting freedom of speech, demanding equal access to media, and ensuring the public’s right to access of information are the rights that allow all the other rights; for this reason, ASHA commits itself deeply to protecting these First Amendment rights 10. Today, government, business, and media regularly work together to subvert democracy in this country and abroad. ASHA will actively shame fascism by modeling by rubric the actions of proper government, proper business, and proper journalism in the hopes it will shame government, business, and media enough for reform. Fascism in this country has led to media monopolization. For those who control the media, the enormous potential profits of the media have become secondary to its use as a means of control over the population and to socially engineer our country’s direction. This is done by; limiting communications between people; obstructing justice by never calling for justice in the face of great crime; making up stories that terrorize the public to get them to give more money, resources, and give up their civil rights; committing psychological abuse by using the media to repeat lies over and over again until the lies are believed (as was done in NAZI Germany); omitting important stories that are relevant to the public; censoring the knowledgeable; censoring individuals with leadership capability; and censoring those with great observational powers that can ignite the public’s imagination. The American media is now being used to distribute massive fraud and propaganda by engaging in the practice of disinformation, defamation, supporting stories that promote military action when there is no cause, and the conspiratorial malpractice to deny all of the good tenets of journalism. ASHA intends to fight all efforts by the controlled media to mislead the public and rewrite history. It is time to make the association that the questionable motive personal gain of those given control of the media is the main reason for our country’s downward spiral. Whoever controls the media controls the democracy because whoever controls the discourse of the nation decides what the nation is going to do next. 11. identify and eliminate fascism, corporatism, secret organizations, tyranny, appearances of impropriety, opacity, nepotism, inaccessibility, racketeering, corruption, conspiracy, backdoor deals, legalized bribery, inappropriate relationships, high crimes and misdemeanors, and generally all undemocratic forces in government; 12. promote democracy through clean, well funded, well planned, well protected, and well designed elections whose efforts to promote transparency will know no bounds and promote democracy through government, business, and media that regularly work together to subvert equal rights to vote, equal access to the media; equal access to debate; increased damages for defamation; increased damages for frivolous lawsuits 13. identify and eliminate improper relationships between the three institutions of media, business and government; especially quid quo pro relationships that guarantee govt contracts and/or ensure monopolization; and edicts from govt or business to the media to engage in acts of propaganda, fraud, lies, obstruction of justice and the omission of real news that matters. In business, any such act that violates good business practices is also violating corporate law, because in corporate law, the managers of corporations are legally responsible to guarantee the profits of its shareholders. Bad business practices do the opposite, but protect the profits of its shareholders. 14. protect whistleblowers, witnesses, and journalists physically, legally, and by the promotion of laws to better protect them and to ensure the pursuit of justice even in the event of the plaintiff’s death. The death of a plaintiff should not be able to stop a court case from proceeding. ASHA believes that plaintiffs should be given the right to award the plaintiff rights to another or others plural, so that the person or people granted this right can carry on in court as plaintiff under the plaintiff’s name. This would only happen in the case of death or grievous harm that would render the plaintiff physically or mentally unable to argue or continue their case. any civil case under his or her name 15. expose and eliminate corruption and high crimes such as: the Supreme Court Ruling that corporations are people; the SCR that they had the right to decide on a state’s election that got George Bush elected when he did not have the votes; the SCR that Fox News is allowed to lie to the public; the SCR that it is lawful to discriminate against people with high intelligence quotient scores in law enforcement; the Patriot Act; and other abuses that prevent reasonable functioning of government and that deny justice, human, earth, species of life; and constitutional rights. 16. the promotion of forums for civil and more effective debate in every form of media that set clear, fair, and entertaining rules and atmosphere: banning all sorts of pejorative name calling in arguments; debate between judges and fact checking of questioned premises by either debater; the expulsion of proven liars and obfuscators from the right to take part in further debate; the promotion of diversity in thought and evidence within the debate forums, which is also open to evidence of conspiracy. 17. the promotion of the arts and awards of social significance that improve government, business, and/or media 18. the promotion of law that will exact consequences for those who violate their oaths to the Constitution, such as politicians and government employees; 19. the promotion of transparency in government as a civil right. If government has the right to spy on the public, the people should have the right to transparency in their government; 20. the promotion of the ethical treatment of animals, wild and domestic, such as reengineering the economy around improving their environment, restoring nature, using renewables, using less resources, promoting more family and organic farms, and providing lives to animals that are not torture chambers and give them the right to live in areas where they can run and thrive and live a good life for at least as long as they would if they had lived in the wild; 21. improving education—it is not rocket science to understand what works in education—there are plenty of studies, but forces have been committed to destroying it and they need to be stopped; Charlotte Iserbyt from the Reagan Administration said that she was shocked to find out it was the plan to destroy education in America. If that was the plan, it was no less a treasonous conspiracy to destroy the democracy of this country 22. establishing systems of accountability of our police forces and government workers; no one should be above the law or be allowed to engage in actions that are inappropriate in appearance or engage in activity against the basic rubrics and standards for their jobs, especially our police, especially our prosecutors, especially our politicians, especially our judges, especially all govt workers because govt must be expected to have the highest standards. Punishments for people who break the law in govt or in large corporations should be held to a greater standard than the punishments of the regular public. Govt must set the example of what is fair play, and transparency needs to be in place to ensure that their actions always fit their words. To not receive the very best in service from government is a heavy indicator that the public is being stolen from or taxed in inappropriate ways. 23. demanding equal protection for each generation because no generation has the right to leave the next one a damaged environment, a damaged economy, or damaged freedoms; 24. the identification and elimination of laws and actions that violate the Constitution, human rights, workers’ rights, animal rights, or the environment’s rights; identification and elimination of laws that are backwards, rewarding to the few, and laws that make no sense. 25. the establishment of a center committed to the identification of indicators and causes of progress and failures within systems; 26. the promotion of the writings of John Blyth, the founder, and other writers who are determined to be committed to any one of the goals stated in the mission statement; 27. the strengthening of the consequences for those who defame and/or engage in the conspiracy to frame innocents for crimes they did not commit; Greater punishments for intentional defamation. Greater punishments for propaganda. 28. the promotion of the reinstituting of laws that had long proven themselves valuable in the protection of society and quality of life in our past. ASHA demands for the reinstitution of laws that have protected us in the past. Laws are being abandoned that have long protected the middle class and prevented poverty. There stands a strong social misconception about what a free market is. Free markets are really not free because the average man becomes a slave in them. They are bought. Any market without regulation will quickly become a board game of Monopoly with one lucky winner. An economy that gives the little guy a chance to live in the middle class and have a comfortable standard of living is one that does not come naturally. The creation of the middleclass can only be made with the determination of a government that works for the people by combatting poverty. Markets that open the playing field for success for all people are only possible with laws that protect workers’ rights, family rights, human rights, civil rights, educational rights, and environmental rights. Without laws that protect these rights, business and the powerful will always be victorious in their tyranny and exploitation over the majority of the people. An economy owned by the few should never be considered a free economy. The best analogy of an economy where the vast majority of wealth has aggregated to the few is the board game Monopoly after the game is finished. In the past for nearly a hundred years, it was the Sherman Antitrust Act that helped to keep the American economy strong by breaking up the monopolies to keep markets competitive, but under Reagan, the Sherman Antitrust Act was shelved and our economy has suffered for it. The last person to use it was Carter who broke up Ma Belle. These new companies that were created from the break up were essential in the development of the internet. Without Carter’s action using the Sherman Antitrust Act, the internet may never have been born. Why would anybody who has taken their oath of office to protect the Constitution, which plainly states that government should look after the welfare of the people, vote to undermine a system that has effectively protected the public and economy for so long? The people who argued for it and Glass/Steagle and so many other laws and regulations to be scrapped was that these old laws were “no longer necessary”, “outdated”, etc. Shouldn’t the people in congress who sponsored and wrote the legislation that shelved the Sherman Antitrust Act be held responsible for hurting people’s lives? Every day, there are many blatant examples of politicians shirking their oath. Shouldn’t the people who lied about the reasons to go to war in Iraq be held responsible? There is no statute of limitations on murder, and war for false reasons is murder, the mass murder of millions, planned murder, murder for profits, war, the worst kind of murder of all. The monopoly that ASHA is most interested in is the monopoly that exists over our media. Rupert Murdoch has openly bragged that his newspapers can be used to fix elections. Because of its power over people’s minds and how that leads to political power, the monopolization of the media is a very dangerous thing. Laws, such as the Sherman Antitrust Act, that had long proved their good use to society should never have been removed, and those who removed them knew very well what they were doing when doing so, violating their oaths to office, which is the crime of treason; the controlled media and its 9 owners, should be made subject to the Sherman Antitrust Act and broken up. Affirmative Action needs to be enforced because our media is controlled by criminal, pro-war, propagandizing Zionists, in legion with the banks, drug launderers, and the military that brutalizes the world into submission for their purposes. 29. ASHA is committed to the documentation of the key historical players within govt whose criminality violated their oaths to the Constitution by helping to rig the system against justice, against equal rights, and the exploitation of the system for the rights of the very few. ASHA believes that providing clarity to how the process was rigged will show how to reverse engineer govt back to its original ideals and intentions. Laws that have protected the public have been subverted. It only makes sense that making efforts to press for the reinstatement of laws that have long since proven to protect the country in the past is the solution to bad governance. The remission of these laws, like the Fairness Doctrine, Glass/Steagle, and the Sherman Antitrust Act can clearly be shown to be deleterious for the country in the present; the politicians who took part in tearing down these laws that protected the people and the economy, certainly, knew what the effect would be. If they are still alive, they should be jailed. 30. the identification and the promotion of new laws making criminal the actions of any politician who, through intentionality –(certainly, if the actions can be proven to be intentional, the punishment should be worse!)-- or neglectful actions, promotes any law that can be proven to have clear deleterious consequences for society, benefits one or the very few unfairly, or that violates any group or individual’s civil rights. Resources for research are to be made available for every politician before they propose any law, thus making no excuse for any poor legislation. Mistakes will be punished as a crime. 31. identifying, documenting, recording, and reporting court and police abuse; or any other abuse of government, business, or media 32. serving the journalistic role of establishing public files on important people in and around government for their good works, bad works, and associations; 33. providing events that allow people to communicate and socialize; 34. engaging in any legal business to raise money; 35. reporting the news and doing investigations; 36. the promotion of the research and study of methods to prevent violence and improve statistics of general happiness and well-being of all kinds; 37. the promotions of liberty and the pursuit of protecting natural law; 38. the promotion of the initiative process as a way to achieve justice or that would achieve any of the goals in the ASHA mission statement. For example, ASHA would like to start the petition for a law in California’s initiative process that would allow CA the power to prosecute any person who has committed any great Federal crime, but has somehow avoided prosecution by the Federal Govt. War criminals, torturers, hate criminals, etc. 39. to model good media by promoting the truth tellers, making thorough examination, suggesting solutions of all sorts, making thorough examinations of the people involved, and, as well, documenting incidences of falsehood, propaganda, omission, obstruction of justice, and disinformation in the media, find out who are the people and hold them criminally and civilly responsible for the great damage they cause; 40. the pursuit of lawsuits and projects that will make a difference in any of the goals established in the mission statement; 41. provide legal help for those who are financially incapable to pursue their plaintive options in court when their rights are violated; 42. polling the public on a diversity of issues to gage public sentiment or knowledge of subject matter; reporting on the methods of polling of other pollsters; holding those responsible who engage in the manipulation of the polls or the promotion of manipulated polls 43. the promotion of events that will promote communication, the sharing of common interests, debate, cause new friendships, festivity, music, poetry, film, books, documentaries, websites, awards, and art; 44. establishing escrow accounts for original and innovative projects proposed by donors whose goals and services help in any way the mission statement of ASHA. ASHA will help raise the funds until enough funds are raised to complete a project’s well designed objective, business plan, and budget; 45. Protection of Heroes and Victims. Fundraising for others in need of physical protection, medical aid, or legal aid who are: 1. people who have either been falsely accused, and/or whose civil or human rights violated, 2. people who do not have the means to provide themselves physical or legal protection, 3. innovators/inventors/entrepreneurs who offer solutions for problems that dog society; 4. The protection of witnesses, journalists, whistleblowers, or political activists for any of the causes that ASHA supports. ASHA will not protect anyone who has himself been a greater violator of those causes of ASHA than the cause for protecting the witness, unless it is for the importance of the greater good. 46. To review for elimination all laws written since the beginning of this country that escaped the checks and balances of that political system in order to rig the system, and undermine the Constitution and people’s rights in favor of the few. ASHA will identify these forces in history and their descendants and open them up to civil charges for their families’ unjust gain from engaging in practices that unfairly and treasonously rigged government for that has enriched so many families unfairly. A huge project of historical proportions that should put a good percentage of the public to work 47. The promotion of education by providing superior educational standards dedicated to small class sizes, parental involvement, critical thinking, science, music, language, research, the presentation of evidence, the expression of ideas, the history of human rights, science, the ability to care for another, the understanding of the working of government, the study of the history of corruption, and of the humanities 48. Equal rights should mean equal rights. ASHA will be using new and creative methods to use the Equal Rights Amendment to ensure a clean, safe, green, conservational, and fair approach to the nation’s resources. 49. ASHA is a watchdog over business, media, and government, both applauding good and demonizing bad and unfair businesses practices. ASHA is also a watchdog, an always watching sentinel against the fascism of what should be separate institutions. ASHA is here to prevent the media, prevent business, and prevent government from regularly working together to subvert democracy. 50. ASHA believes that defendants should be allowed to defend themselves in court with the argument that, a. when a law is enforced and the enforcement breaks the spirit of why the law was written in the first place; b. if the defendant can prove that the law has had a greater negative and only a worsening effect on society since the law’s passing; c. that the primary reason for a law being made was built on a faulty premise; d. that the reason for writing the law was to intentionally persecute a group or individuals because of race religion, creed, or prejudice; or e. that the reason for writing the law for which he is being charged can be associated with a racketeering scheme or some kind of inordinate effect on one group of people, then the defendant should be set free. 51. ASHA will work hard to prevent the subversion of language and the subversion of law. Words, for example; fascism is to remain the definition Mussolini gave it, corporatism, the bonding of business with government, a government of unequal protection, oligarchy-- the fact that they eventually become tyrannical is a symptom, not the cause, and not the name of the disease; conspiracy is to remain a name of a specific type of crime, and not a name that has become more associated with weak minded or crazy people; Law, the whole darn Bill of Rights and Constitution have been legislated with so many exceptions that, in truth, there are very few rights left. What is needed are well funded lawsuits to embarrass and shame the whole system of justice and the whole system of government until government is clean, until media is clean, until business is clean, until the environment is clean, until resources are better shared, and people are better living to a fuller potential. 52. ASHA will serve as a research institution of all sorts, especially historically. ASHA will unearth the untold heroes of our past, and tell the stories about the struggles towards righteousness, freedom, understanding, and empathy 53. ASHA will work to lengthen the statutes of limitation to laws that need to be enforced, but are rarely enforced because of the length of time for the crimes to come to light. 54. ASHA believes that govt should pay small people 150% of the value for their homes or property, and 100% of the value of property to corporations and people of a lot of worth whenever Eminent Domain needs to be practiced. 55. ASHA will attempt through legal means to bring proper compensation for past historical wrongs to the descendants of peoples whose history involves exploitation or genocide

ASHA Strategies Against Corruption for Better Govt

If my dream of Amending the Constitution with rules to eliminate corruption were to ever come to pass, part of the Amendment would be to take the Preamble, the part that states that we have the right to life, liberty, and happiness, and make it be the guiding ideology of all American law. In principle, any law that violates, those rights stated in the Preamble would be simply unconstitutional. Lincoln even said that all legal decisions should be made using the Preamble as a guide for just law. Using this guide, any new proposed law will need to prove its intentions are good for the people as the Preamble’s statement. Any politician who proposes a law will have to compose an Article of Intention that will always be presented with any publication of that proposed law. No law will be allowed to exist without an Article of Intention. Basically, to break it down, it would be something like this: 1. An Article of Intention is a compilation of necessary criteria determining necessity, intention, and results in the belief that it will prevent fraud in govt. These Criteria of the Article of Intention were created in the effort to eliminate as much corruption as possible in the lawmaking process. Any new law, must be presented by the author or authors of that law with all the criteria of his articles of intention and go through a longer process of stages in the lawmaking process. Within the compilation, the lawmaker must present: a. a real problem, not an imaginary one, for why there is a need for a new law to be established. Debate will be allowed on this critical point. Does there exist another law that already serves this purpose? Naomi Klein’s book, The Shock Doctrine, details how criminal disasters are deliberately created in order to cause problems that had not existed before. In an act of conspiracy and legalized bribery, politicians will quickly pull out a law, already written, “to fix” the new problem that they created in the first place. The new law usually has consequences that improve the bottom line of the politician’s donors. This normalized activity is nothing less than some racketeering scheme for the guys who have donated the most to politicians. A law like the Patriot Act will be pulled out that has nothing to do with patriotism, but has everything to do with undermining constitutional rights. Lawmaking like this is an epidemic and one of the greatest causes for the sorry state of the country, which is less than a fifth of what it was forty-five years ago economically. b. reasonable and logical argument will be presented for why the authors believe the law they proposed will solve the problem of making things better for the people c. an article written by the politician expressing why he believes that his proposal would be better than any other alternative solution that may be proposed. This would be an important point to debate in order to get the very best legislation. d. the lawmaker will also be required to write as complete and as considerate of a list as possible of any complications that enacting the new law may have on others or the environment e. the complete intentions of the proposed law that is presented in a concise, clear and unequivocal manner. If the law passes, the intention of the law will always be published with it so that no member of the public or law enforcement can ever be confused. f. a hearing, at this point, will be brought to congress in order to discuss how truthful, logical, and reasonable the presentation of the proposed law is. Hearings that give opportunity for any objections to the arguments made by the lawmaker in his presentation supporting the proposed law will be held and the accuracy of his or her presentation debated. g. the lawmaker will refine his law after the debate and then present it to congress once again h. a panel of lawmakers will review the proposed law in order to test certain criteria. Before the proposed law/bill is allowed to come to vote, a panel of independent judges will hold the bill to the light to see whether any part of it violates any part of the Constitution, human rights, or environmental rights. No law that has not gone through the AOI process will be allowed to become law. l. A real problem must be established that is not counter to the rights given by the Constitution or any of the rights of man established by the Magna Carta or the Geneva Convention. For example, the proposed law cannot be to outlaw the Second Amendment or to take away Freedom of Speech or any other laws that protect the population from the govt in the Bill of Rights. Constitutional Rights cannot be seen as a problem. If you swear to uphold the Constitution, you cannot be working to undermine it. ll. The intended results of the law must be established and they cannot be counter to the Constitution. lll. Laws stating good intentions and following what would seem logical argument will have to prove real results through study that that they satisfy their intentions and logic before it is allowed to become law. Studies will be paid to make sure that the new law has the proper intended results. Any law whose result is opposite of its intention will automatically be struck down by anybody who can prove it in court. lV. Any law that can be proven in court to have caused major damages, bad complications, or opposite results of its stated intentions will be automatically struck down. i. Lawmakers will take personal financial and criminal responsibility for any law that does others damages or ends up violating people’s rights. Politicians, just like everybody else, need to go to jail. It only takes a few to put in jail to make others stop breaking the law. What we have now are politicians who regularly break their Oath to the Constitution and promise to look out for the welfare of their constituents. j. With this longer process of making law and the number of checks and its number of checks and balances established in the Article of Intention, politicians will have now no excuse to make bad law. In order to make bad law, now, politicians would have to use much more energy, much more duplicity, much greater conspiracy and number of players to pull off any bad law. It would also establish real punishment for authors and authorizers of bad law and would make their crimes much harder to hide. If any part of that law, from its first intention in its ideation to the consequences after it is enacted, differs in any way from the Constitution, the law will be struck down. Also, if any part of the law differs from the original intention, the law will be struck down. If the politician’s article cannot prove its need or good intent, then that law cannot be passed. If any action by government were to violate the intention of the law, then that action would become unlawful. If the intent of the law is one that is differing to the Constitution or to international human rights, then that law will not be allowed to pass or exist if already on the books. Furthermore, the results of laws will be tested before they are enacted. Are the results the same as intent? If the results differ, then that law cannot be enacted. For too long, politicians have been passing laws with titles that sound like they are intended to do great things, but actually were designed to do the opposite. This is the worst kind of fraud there is, and I truly feel that it should be considered an act of treason. The way to solve it would mean that laws will be tested and studies made to prove they have beneficial results before they can be broadly enacted. If the results don’t agree with the intention, that law will not be allowed to pass. Furthermore, it may be a good idea to apply the standards of the Article of Intention to all the laws already passed for the entire history of this country. To truly fix this country, we will have to clean deeply. Each and every law will come under review in order to check both the results of the law and what the probable intents were for passing any particular law. If the probable intent differs from the Constitution or its result, that law will be dropped immediately. I realize that this is a huge project I propose, one that would put a huge number of people to work, which would also be a good thing, but it is also a necessity if we are going to try to live in a legally fair world. I feel that attention to the intention and to the results of law is necessary to guaranteeing good law. It is the only way that any politician or any governmental official can be made to follow his oath to the Constitution and not pass bad law. Is the intent constitutional? If not, it will be struck down. Are the results the same as the intent? If not, the law will be struck down. Do the results of the law proposed or already enacted cause damage to any individual or group’s life or liberty?, or do the results violate the environment, the rights of plants, or animals’ right to exist in any way? If so, those laws will not be allowed to pass and the existing ones struck down. Using this determination system for a law’s right to exist I believe will transform this country and world. I even believe that it will practically eliminate corruption from government, which is what I believe to be the number one problem in this country. William K. Black believes the economy would turn completely around if we started putting people in jail like he did in the eighties. I believe everything bad would change for the better if we started putting the elite criminals in jail, who happen to be our leaders. For many years now, I have studied long and hard on the problems of the world and have determined that most of the many ills that exist stem from how we govern ourselves, or, rather, how we let ourselves be governed by criminals. For too long, politicians, judges, intelligence agencies, and others have not gone to jail. This just emboldens them and their crimes become worse. We were taught that the times of killing Native Americans are over, but I don’t see it. Have things really gotten better than a hundred years ago? Corruption is not the problem really, but the symptom of a government whose constitution is not detailed enough with clever rules to prevent corruption. In its state now, the Constitution too easily allows itself to be rigged by the rich and powerful. Rules have to be established to counter their influence. I have gathered a list of the issues that cause the problems in the way we allow ourselves to be governed and have come up real solutions. The state of our government has become is deeply fascist in the way that Mussolini defined the term, no boundary between business and govt. Corporatism is what he called it and that is exactly what we have today. The murder of many prominent people who were working to unite people, leaders who believed in democracy, were actually coups for fascism. Leaders who unite the people to demand their rights in the face of inequality and unequal protection are quickly done away with, and the best speeches extolling their lives are delivered by their murderers. If you think about it, there is no way that government can regulate business when government is sleeping with business. There is no way for government to protect any individual, group, or even the majority of people in the country when the government is sleeping with business. The economy becomes about who you know and not about merit, which violates equal protection and leads to a two-tiered justice system. Unequal protection always leads to great tyranny. Because the government has allowed business to control the media, business has been able to take over the government even more completely. This allows ever greater tyrannical actions against the people. Jim Morrison said, “Those who control the media control the mind.” Nothing more true has ever been said. Because big business controls the media, business has been controlling our elections for a very long time, even before the advent of electronic election fraud and all these advanced methods of voter suppression. The CIA was established by the elite to further their exploitation of nations through their prophylactic use of corporations as vehicles to break law without being directly exposed. The elite use the CIA to destabilize economies and destroy democracies or whatever form of government that gets in their way of profit. The CIA is also used to traffic drugs, collect info, and to control the mass media. Time Warner and all the rest of the major media are pretty much all CIA front companies. It was under Reagan that they were first allowed to buy companies. CIA Director William Colby was quoted in 1976, “The Central Intelligence Agency owns everyone of any significance in the major media.” They have never been sued for this statement. Lives do not matter to them. This is the real state of things, the state of our country. Things have run amuck. There has never been more need for an organization to take on the fascism here; to fight against the fraud, propaganda, and yellow journalism; to promote human rights and education; to act as sentinel guard against abuses in the media; and to protect witnesses, whistleblowers, and journalists in order to tackle the major corruption and injustice in this country and the world. This is very important to me. This is something I have committed my life to. My motivation? I have seen how the govt has devastated communities first hand. I have seen too many hurt. I have lived abroad. I don’t want people to hate me because I am American. I want to be able to pay taxes again without feeling guilty for the evil that money is being used to do around the world.

ASHA on the First Amendment

ASHA on the First Amendment Our founding fathers considered it self-evident that speech was any person trying to express, to the best of his knowledge, what he believes to be the truth. They believed this right to be the most important right. They believed this right must be protected in order to protect one’s right to participate in our democracy. Isn’t it just common sense that every person has the right to say how things should be? Yes, but like the proverbial tree that fell in the forest, if he says something and nobody can hear him, did he really say it? We have to remember that speech is not just speaking, but being heard. Speech is communication and, by definition, it has to go two ways. What has happened is that there have been capitalist forces who care not for the country or the Constitution, but only of their own riches and their power over others. People attracted to politics often have strong psychopathic tendencies, so guards need to be set in place to help expose them for exactly what they are. A controlled media works hard to make sure that their political workers are not exposed. In a democracy, the secret of control over the government is to have control over the media. Whoever controls the media controls the mind. Not known to many people is something called Operation Paperclip. It was a government program to bring over knowledgeable people from the fallen German NAZI government and give them jobs in the American government. People who had worked directly with Goebbels creating the NAZI propaganda essential to Hitler’s rise and retention of power were given jobs in the U.S. Govt for the purpose of teaching the CIA how to use the media to control the democracy. In 1976, CIA Director William Colby was quoted, “The Central Intelligence Agency owns everyone of any significance in the major media.” It goes without saying that this is a dangerous situation. This unconstitutional aggregation of power to the CIA must not be allowed to continue and must be publicly addressed. Again and again, the country has been lied into war. The lie is necessary for our leaders’ military goals to be achieved because our military leaders are not allowed to fight war unless the country is attacked first. What we have with the media today are the results of a long and continuous effort to monopolize the media in order to control the public and, from there, the operations of government. Truth is censored when it reveals their corruption. People’s voices are silenced. It is long past time for people to make the connection that anybody who intends to monopolize the media is not doing it for profit. They are not doing it because of the mandate in corporate law which instructs corporations to make as much money as possible because, again and again, the most popular stories and the most popular programs that make the most money for the media are consistently pulled from anyone’s purview as if they never existed. It becomes self-evident that when profitable stories and programs are silenced that the real point of monopolizing the media is to control the right of freedom of speech. Freedom of speech is not only speaking, but it is the right to be heard and it is the right to hear others whom the owners want silenced. The connection must be made clear in people’s minds that there can be no other reason for anyone to attempt to monopolize the media other than to control our first amendment rights. We must realize that monopolization of the media is nothing less than an act of treason against the United States, which is defined by its constitution. The people who control the media defend themselves by saying that they get to say whatever they want and get to censor anyone that they want in their publications because they are privately owned. This is not true. The government has its influence in every single part of the major media. ASHA maintains that private publications do not get to say whatever they want or to censor anybody they want. A careful reading of the First Amendment says nothing about private ownership as a legal reason to censor or a reason to commit fraud. They have managed to avoid legal trouble from participating in the obstruction of justice of serious war crimes committed by our government by saying they have the right to free speech or that they were mistaken years later, like NY Times did in their apology about the invasion of Iraq. The power of the media should never be underestimated because it is the power to create perceptions and it is the power to herd the masses over cliffs or to feed on their own. The power of the media can convince people to turn away from Jesus, Mohammed, or the Buddha, and even turn them into demons in the minds of the people. People are whatever people think of them and the media can turn any figure into an inaccurate presentation that suits their purposes. We should know better by now having been lied into Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, and Iraq. We should know that freedom of speech does not mean that anything can be said without consequences that people should take responsibility for. Even before they wrote the Constitution, there were laws against defamation and fraud, and those laws did not change when the Bill of Rights were amended to the Constitution. No person should be allowed to use speech for harm or unjust gain whether it be for fraud, slander, the covering up of crimes, the incitement of violence, or for the psychological abuse of propaganda—the repeated and deliberate dispersal of misleading information. Our media, daily, is guilty of practicing all these forms of harm. These are crimes against freedom of speech. The owners of the media do it in order to deny communication to the people. No candidate without access to the media will ever be elected. The people have the right to hear others and to be heard. The control of the media chooses elections by only allowing candidates to run that have their complete approval. The controlled media allows hate groups and hateful people to speak more often than other opinions because in order to keep power, the elite must divide the public in order to keep them from realizing that their best interests are shared and how important it is to organize together. Many may think that the people saying hateful things are their enemies, but it is a media that does not show other points of view, especially ones that promote unity and understanding. We must begin to question why we would let the CIA, an arm of the Military Industrial Complex that has done so many bad things, control our media. The fact that the media so consistently promotes more and more war shows that William Colby’s words were true. People need to remember that it was the monopolized control of the airwaves that spread the propaganda of untruth and fear that incited the violence in Rwanda, ignited the civil war in the Balkans, the war crimes of WW2, and were behind our recent invasions of countries based on false reasons that took the lives of over a million people, people whose blood, sweat, and tears we must remember are just as real as our own.
